Absolutely! We encourage all renters to leave feedback on their rental experience. After your trip, you will receive a prompt via email or SMS to rate the car and the owner. You can also log into your CarShareNova account and submit a review under ‘My Reviews.’

Once your account is set up, you can browse the CarShareNova platform, rent a car, or list your vehicle. Additional verification is required to list or rent vehicles, which typically takes around 10 minutes if you have all necessary documents.
Listing your car on CarShareNova is easy and free. Simply create an account and click on “List Your Car.” Follow the guided steps to upload your car’s documents (license disc, driver's license, and photos). Add detailed vehicle information, and your preferred daily rate.
CarShareNova suggests a daily rate based on your vehicle's value and market demand. You have the flexibility to adjust this rate, but note that setting a competitive price can increase the frequency of rentals.

You can accept or decline booking requests directly from your dashboard. You have up to 24 hours to respond, but faster responses are recommended to secure the booking.
Once your car is listed, you’ll receive rental requests via email or SMS. All renters are pre-screened by CarShareNova, but you have the final say on who rents your car. You’ll need to respond promptly to any inquiries or booking requests to confirm the rental.
Coordinate with the renter to agree on a time and place for the handover. Conduct a brief inspection together and complete a trip checklist, which confirms the car’s condition. The car can either be picked up from you or delivered to a specified location for an additional fee.
CarShareNova will process your payment within 5 business days of a successfully completed trip. The payment will be transferred directly to your bank account. If there are any additional charges (e.g., fuel discrepancies), please submit the relevant documents and receipts immediately to recover costs from the renter.
CarShareNova retains 25% of the rental amount for each transaction. This fee helps cover the upkeep of the platform, including website maintenance, customer support, marketing efforts, insurance facilitation, and other essential services that ensure a seamless and secure experience for both renters and owners.
All communications and notifications are handled through the CarShareNova platform, mainly via email and SMS. Your owner dashboard is your central hub for managing bookings and listings. Once a booking is accepted and paid for, you and the renter will receive each other’s contact details to coordinate the handover.
